We want you to love your Rachel Jackson London jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
